Billion Oyster Social
Join us for Billion Oyster Social cocktail and oyster-tasting event at Barlume on Monday, November 3rd. The tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from Peeko Oysters prepared in three different ways, and paired with a wine or signature cocktail from Farmer's Gin.
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, Farmer's Gin, and the Barlume team will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, Barlume's role in the Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
This event will be hosted in Barlume Downstairs. Seating will be communal and the event will begin promptly at 6pm. If you'd like to stay for dinner afterwards, please book directly with Barlume.
